±¨¸æÈ˽éÉÜProf. Geert Deconinck received his M.Sc and Ph.D in Engineering from University of Leuven, Belgium in 1991 and 1996 respectively. Currently, he is full professor at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven, Belgium) and scientific leader for the research domain of ¡®algorithms, modelling and optimization applied to smart grids¡¯ at EnergyVille. In his research field, he has (co-)authored more than 400 academic publications, and was principle investigator in projects which were worth over 8.7 M€ budget over the last 5 years. He is a fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and a senior member of the IEEE.
